Coconut dip/topping

1 cup coconut milk 240ml

1 cup water 240ml

2-3 tbsp sugar, to taste

a pinch of salt

1 tbsp tapioca starch + 3 tbsp water.

In a small sauce pan, add coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt. Stir well and bring to a boil. Lower to medium heat.

Mix 1 tbsp tapioca starch with 3 tbsp water until dissolved. Add in the sauce pan slowly.

Bring to a boil again under medium heat.Done!

The sauce gets thicker when it cools down

Serve as dipping sauce / topping for desserts such as cow cake, steamed banana cake, puddings sweet drinks etc.
