What to do in Cai Lan Port
Halong bay is highlight there. Take the car to Halong city, and Tuan Chau island, take boat to visit Halong bay. You’ll depart in a luxurious junk (Vietnamese boat) to explore some of the 3,000 rock formations in the bay. The trip may also include a stop at one of the caves in the area, such as Surprise Cave — you enter through a hole in a mountain and find yourself in a huge space spectacularly filled with stalagmites and stalactites.If you have more time you can spend a night on boat.
Note: Guests must be able to walk approximately 0.5 miles over uneven surfaces with approximately 120 steps. It is optional to climb the steps and enter the cave. The cave is not recommended for guests with walking difficulties. Comfortable and non slippery shoes are recommended.
