Do I have to book in advance? Can I just arrive and pay cash?
Tours often sell out and due to time-sensitive food orders “we need a head count, people!” If a tour is sold out on a date you are interested in, look to see if there is another time offered and if there isn’t, please email us. Our friendly support staff will respond as soon as possible. All tickets must be purchased on our website, we do not allow walk-ups or cash sales.
If a food tour is sold out, can I get on a waiting list?
Sorry, we don’t have a waiting list. We keep our tours at an intimate level at just 12 people per tour (unless it’s a custom/private trip).
What is included in my ticket price?
- Motorbike and helmet
- English speaking tour guide

Gratuity is not included in the ticket price, but is always greatly appreciated.
Do you offer discounted tickets for children, students and seniors?
Child (Age 4 – 10): 20 USD, below 4 years old: FREE
Students: 10% OFF. Need to send student pass
Currently we do not offer any discounted tickets for seniors.
Can I book a private tour for my group?
Hoi An Local Tour does offer some private group tours for groups of 8-12 people. Email us at info@hoianlocalfoodtour.com to inquire about availability and pricing.
How long is the tour?
The duration of both of our tours is 4 hours with a 30 minute
How many people can take the tour?
The maximum number of people is 12-people.
