What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellation must be made by email and acknowledged by Hoi An Local Food Tour. The cancellation date will determine as follows:
- Cancellation 2 days or more before departure: Full refund
- Cancellation 1 day before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: No refund
