Da Nang (Đà Nẵng) is Vietnam’s third largest city, and is located on the Eastern Sea coast, midway between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and the largest city of Central Vietnam. The city itself has neither the atmosphere of Hanoi nor the hustle-bustle of Ho Chi Minh City, but has its share of sights and is close to the charms of Hoi An and the imperial capital of Hue, making it a popular vacationing spot for those looking to explore the attractions of central Vietnam or soak up some rays while hanging out on the city’s beaches.
Itinerary:
The beautiful city of Da Nang is right next door and it offers some wonderful activities for us to embark on. From the hotel we will depart to Da Nang, and then visit Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountain). Here we will discover the stunning natural caves of the mountain and enjoy the beautiful view from the top of the mountain. We will also visit mysterious pagodas and the sculpturing village. We will also visit Cham Museum, which shows the most complete collection of rare and valuable items of the famous Cham Culture. After lunch, we will continue to Son Tra Peninsula, on the way passing Thuan Phuoc Bridge — the longest suspension bridge in Vietnam — that crosses the lower Han River. Before returning to Hoi An or Da Nang, we will take a nice walk along a beautiful long white sandy beach that offers picturesque rapids to witness.
